I would like to say this store is the best Holland and Barret you can get. I had some major problem's with a different store and i want to say a big thank you to Sophie who went above and beyond to help. I can't reccomend this store highly enough ?

I visited this normally lovely store in the week to return or exchange a product I had purchased that was faulty and non consumable. I was served by the manager who upon approach was stood on her phone texting, infront of customers. I asked if it was possible to get a refund on my product and she looks at me in the foulest way and asks if I have opened the product. I said yes, she replied well I'm not giving you a refund then. I said but this product is faulty and I have not been able to consume any of it due to the powder being solid as a rock when it should be a loose fine powder. She then told me very rudely and angrily that because the product was not faulty in her eyes she won't be giving me a refund and then proceeded to stand reading through her returns policy. A lovely colleague of hers said she'll go get another one and see what that one is like and compare, when opening it it was completely normal and not like a rock. The manager then abruptly said oh I'll just give you an exchange then still talking to me like I'm a piece of dirt she's just stepped in and giving all these excuses on why my product was the way it was. Proceeded to tap the screen as hard and angrily as she possibly could. I don't appreciate going in to a shop and being served by a very unprofessional, angry, aggressive person. There's just no need to treat customers in that manner. I will be avoiding this store in the future and going to a different branch

Amazing service from lady blonde hair eastern euro accent, helped me find my tea as soon as I walked in dropped what she was doing, couldn't of been more helpful yesterday

Been shop this morning try to help my friend the product exchange. The woman who called herself manager was so rude Which I haven't been known anyone can bad then Her. Our friend was high quality costumer.each shopping with them More than 200 pound per times.
Now we will get together not shopping this store again Until this stupid woman remove from here.

Only one star for Lady "manager" who was serving me on 25th September 24
I have never dealt with such an arrogant person!!!
I was in shock when she talked to me; I couldn't say anything!!!!!
The same thing happened when I was picking up my order today; she was serving another customer in the same rude, commanding way. I was standing waiting for my order to be given to me. She was horrible!!!!!!!
Lady with dark lipstick shade, you should change your attitude towards your customers!!!!!!!!!!!

Breeze is Amazing!! I was checking if they double check for medical issues before selling potassium. She was asking for medical conditions and what other medications are contraindicated. Well done!!! She should train new staff!!

I ordered something from the shop and they had the order wrong but i was okay with it, in trying to explain to the manager that am okay with it but next time they should be careful, the manager was so rude to me, talking over me and being mean. That wasn't the first time she was being rude. Once she treated my mum like she stole from them. I hardly leave comments like this but i feel like they should work on their customer service.

Wonderful customer service at the Kettering store...the girls are so lovely and helpful. I shopped on (22-2-24) they were amazing, sorry I don't recall their names but I hope they get a "well done" from Head office..This is why it's important to have and use (if you're able) the stores...great place to shop.?
