be careful when coming in here to buy 18 cert dvds and blu ray because hmv operate a think21 scheme as company policy i came here a few years ago as i buying the exorcist the young male employee serving me nearly refused me he clearly didnt tell about the company operating a think21 scheme there was nothing about the companys think21 in the kettering store i then contacted hmvs customer service regarding the id incident at the kettering store no aplogy from customer service over the think21 scheme if it hadnt been for someone else i wouldnt have got the exorcist this incident did upset me it would have been nicer for the store and staff to have been clearer about the think21 scheme im going to be using the northampton hmv from now on

I can't stand going into hmv anymore. Over the yrs it's turned into a glorified toy shop.
It's no longer about the music. I went in for a set of earphones but couldn't find any.

Really nice HMV store, where I purchased Bowie: Legacy. I'll definitely go back to get more during my next visit to Kettering.
HMV stuck it out when times were tough, the other music stores and chains gave up and left the High Streets, but HMV remain.
