Blimey, came on here to leave negative reviews about the miserable as hell, hawk watching staff and see it?s nothing personal. Where?s the manager from this store teaching the customer service, won?t be returning, my partner was showing me his outside at the changing room entrance and the rude miserable woman came over and put this in front of me!!! RUDE AS HELL

Shopping with my daughter who was trying clothes on and needed a different size only to be yelled at across the store by a rather scruffy looking shop assistant rudely telling us we only had 14 minutes before closing. This particular member of staff is in desperate need of some custom service training. We went on to purchase clothing from the self service. Not impressed at all. She couldn?t even look at us following her outburst. She needs reminding that without us buying H&M clothes she has no job.

Everytime i come in here it's uncomfortable . The staff watch you like hawks and theyre so unfriendly. I went to the till as i had a voucher and it had £40 left on it (thats what the recipet they gave me last time stated on it) then they said theres £11 still remaining to pay when all the items i chose came to under £40?? They were basically laughing at me and it felt so uncomfortable then she mockily said 'youve got 35p left now ) as if i can buy anything with 35p???
Dont go here unless u wanna basically get bullied by staff . Its a shame cus they have nice clothes but i dont wanna go in there again

I have purchased several items at this branch recently and must say it is not always a good shopping experience with some staff's unsubtle surveillance as you browse and when they stand outside the fitting room when you try on an item. The attendant then walking away as you go to pay for it, leaving other people in the fitting room unattended! It is nothing but profiling going on here and it's unacceptable! When querying, a staff member saying, "We get a lot of thefts". Pardon?? And you think it's ok to treat people the same regardless? Very bad show H&M!

One of the shops worth visiting in Kettering.

Not been in an H&M store for a few years but popped into the Kettering branch recently. Absolutely lovely experience! The fashion is bang on trend and complimentary to all body types, the colours and designs! Very nice! The staff were also so helpful. Always smiling and willing to help by obtaining an item in another size if you're in the changing room. Excellent customer service which you don't get everywhere these days. Well done H&M and their Kettering team. Thank you.
