Emma greeted us with a really friendly demeanour. She used her stock knowledge to say we might be in luck with left-over hallowe'en stock. She searched the stock rooms to find what we needed. Price-checked it for us. AND then went back to the stock rooms to find another colour palette she thought might be useful - Which we also purchased.
