Visited this morning virtually empty inside,ordered a cappuccino I was in there for 55 minutes no other customer whilst I arrived went to the toilet disabled baby changing toilet all in one the toilet was disgusting didn't look like it had been cleaned in ages that was both the seat and toilet bowl,baby changing had crumbs on there behind the sink taps was dirty will not be going back .

What an awful place. Walked in for a drink as I wanted to kill 20 minutes. I asked for a latte to go. The lady serving me told me she only had small cups currently. I said that's fine and that I'll take a small latte. She told me that would be £3.65. I was gobsmacked. I checked the menu and lattes were £3.65 as she said. I would assume though that they would normally come in a bigger cup and I paid the same just because they didn't have medium cups. On top of this the coffee tasted awful! Will not be going back.

The worst hot chocolate I have ever drank . It was like inhaling pure sugar . Just awful . The toilet facilities were best disgusting . Goodness knows what was on the floor ? Toilet would not flush and dryer would not work . As the chocolate was un drinkable I asked for a cup of hot water but Only after I had to drag the staff away from their phones . This I was then told was an addition £1 !!!!! Needless to say I didn?t pay it and hence this review

Very good coffee...however this is overriden by staff rudeness. They are unfriendly (in line with the findings in other reviews) and it is a real effort to get attention and you feel like a burden, not a customer. It was oddly quiet for the time of day I was there and made no sense as a business selling 4 coffees in an hour 11am to 12pm yet with 3 members of staff.. There is no way I'd return taking the advice of others to go to The Pancake House two doors up.

Visited Wednesday at 1.30pm.Walked in and tables needed clearing with crushed food in the carpet. Only one customer was there so plenty of time to clear up for a lunch time rush.Not a lot to choose from food wise . Hardly nothing in the glass counter. Coffee was ok. And service could of been better, girls sitting at the back with door half closed while on there phones .Toilet was leaking and water all over the floor. When I mentioned this to staff the girls told me they where aware of the leak! But made no attempt to put warning signs out. I asked for the toilet to be cleaned but this felt like it was just an effort for them.I did wonder why midweek at lunch time the place was empty? I think I can see why now .Please make some changes regarding a selection of food and your staff .

Very difficult to judge the coffee or food as they wouldn't allow for a dine in experience as they were closing in 40mins so I did not get to experience. Although I know of other cafes refusing to serve meals half an hour before closing, this is the first time I have experience a cafe refusing to serve drinks.Will not go again.

Pleasant enough ambience, staff are friendly but the food is awful.Cheese & Ham toasties with cheapest ingredients possible and a sausage and egg muffin monstrosity. Sausage completely raw, bread the depth of an expensive well and as dry as sand. Coffee was ok but nothing more. Wealth of better options in kettering

This is my favourite place to pop in for some food & drink when shopping round kettering ?They always have really unique and tasty cakes & lovely coffee (I recommend the carrot cake, honey cake or raffello cake, they are all delicious!!) The only downside is that the place always has a strong bleach chemical smell that must come from the cleaning products they use, but this wouldn't stop me from visiting again ?

I'm not a fan of Costas or Starbucks at all...so it's such a joy to see a Real Cafe place in Kettering where you can have a delicious espresso, in a small cup as it should be! correct temperature as well! I visited the cafe to meet up with a friend and she had a cappucino which also looked amazing, not too large, but with just enough cream and choc. topping. I was slightly disappointed by the cake selection which was small, but maybe we were getting towards the end of the day. Also, I would say that the room was quite echoey, so maybe this could be improved by adding more cushions or soft furnishing...but all in all, I was so happy to finally find a place where you can have a proper espresso!! (they even do doubles too!). I would definitely go back

Temptations by name, turn off by nature. Suave and sophisticated decor with staff who are stuck up and rude. Prices are questionable and there's no indication for new comers where sugar etc is. Would not return. It has plenty of charm physically but none of the service.Pancake House a few doors up, may not look much from the outside but it's amazing. The only reason we tried Gredsdelys Temptations is because it was busy.
