I received fantastic care and information from the shops manager in upgrading a dinosaur of a phone and it was £20 a month cheaper than the iPhone I?d had for years! Also his male colleague who worked yesterday (can?t remember his name) transferred all my husbands info on to his newer phone also proving an updated sim which he was really happy with. So thank you lads! Wasn?t too painful at all!

Went in last Friday to sort out an upgrade, very helpful girl called Sam sorted it out. Unfortunately the phone was faulty so so idea where to go with this now , apple or EE ? Update, Sam in store sorted it , very helpful indeed ??

Yousef in particular was extremely nice and helpful, really pleasant experience. Unfortunately at this time I couldn?t get the contract I wanted but that was due to direct debit issues and not EE.
