Had fantastic help from Keith in the Kettering branch. We used the machine to check what mattress was better for us. Keith took the time to show us various mattress that would be good for our needs. Even got a pack of pillows. Would highly recommend speaking to Keith if you need a new bed . 100% happy

Matt at the Kettering Branch was fantastic - super polite, friendly, and really helpful. He walked us through a decision-making process for choosing the right mattress, and after that, he showed us some great options that fit our needs. We made up our minds quickly and ended up ordering one double bed with mattress and a single mattress on the spot.

Went in with my partner Catherine to shop for our first mattress. We were assisted by Andrea who was fantastic at helping us to decide which beds may have been for us and also helped to propose a method of payment which would suit our situation best. Unfortunately, due to our own situation, we did not finalise a purchase but we had a great time here and will definitely go back when ready to make a big mattress purchase.

The whole experience with Matt was very professional. The technology to give you information on what bed would suit, the much appreciated drinks and total care was excellent. We feel we now have a mattress which is right for us.

The service was awesome, I forgot the name of the gentleman who assisted us, but he was so so good, he explained everything we wanted to know about the bed, and he took us over the paper work , he even offered us water, that was so nice as my boy was thirsty.

Store staff are very friendly and good with customers. The mattresses are expensive but good quality. The down side is you pay for everything, you even have to pay extra for them to take the mattress upstairs for you when you have paid for them to deliver it ?.
