The staff will stare at you and follow you around the shop to make you feel as uncomfortable as possible. It's very strange. I'd recommend going to another one of the many furniture shops around.

my mother is bedridden and in the process of moving house, so asked me to take a little trip to DFS kettering. As me and my friend walked through the door we were greeted with the most nasty and ignorant bald man iv ever met, i understand that a few troublesome kids have perhaps previously entered and caused a ruckus however i do not appreciate being interrupted and ignored when trying to explain that we are not there to ?have a piss about? as put by this worker, instead were simply assisting my ill mother in giving advise on a potentially new sofa for the new house.

Recently my good friend & I went into this shop with the intention of assisting my good friends mother in purchasing a sofa for her new abode, she is bedridden and cannot come to the store herself. We planned to go in and take photos of possible sofas she could purchase online. Instead when we entered the store this rude, horrible piece of work shouted us out of the store without allowing us to explain the reasoning for our visit. If my good friends mother dies, she?ll die knowing DFS Kettering is full of wankers

We walked in not planning on buying a sofa, just wanted to have a look. The team in there were fab. Asked if we needed a hand when told no left us to it. We then went to find someone to ask all the questions we had. Discussed our worries about the sofa not fitting as we have an awkward hallway and narrow doors. Gentlemen (didn?t catch his name) suggested measuring them and coming back to save us the hassle of anything going wrong. We then got handed off to Cherice and honestly we couldn?t have asked for a better experience. She was an absolute asset to the team and went above and beyond with helping us. Not only was she friendly and professional but we were also able to have a nice conversation with her while everything was being completed (no awkward silences or feeling pressured like there usually is at these places). I can confidently say that if it wasn?t for the amazing team at the Kettering branch then we wouldn?t have walked away with a sofa. As much as we love the sofa it was the customer service from these two employees that really pulled everything together.

Reece was extremely helpful and polite. He was not at all pushy and listened to our needs. He was helpful in showing us some products and helped us decide on a sofa. We need to purchase a lift recliner and Reece showed us our options. We will be back!
