Since Covid appeared on the scene and the change of branding to 7across, coupled with a new search engine update, it is proving impossible to secure any kind of suitable exchange either by searching or submitting a request.The timeshare exchange model only works when inventory is deposited with these exchange companies. The almost complete lack of inventory/opportunities available makes me seriously doubt the point of continuing with my membership.

This review appears to refer to a well known timeshare exchange company, fine though this company is, the review isn't actually about them. It is in fact a review of Alnwick gardens. Many apologies for any confusion. Been quite a while since our last visit, things have changed, just a little! Lovely facility, distancing handled very well, not much available in terms of catering, we ate in town. Booking ahead is a must, you won't get in otherwise, all in all a gem of a place, lots for kids, especially the forgotten garden golf, loads of space to run around, and a crazy maze to tackle.All in all a great day out, well worth it, and not forgetting, for the gardeners among us, paradise!

I have used this company for so many years .I know that covid has greatly affected the hospitality and tourism industry but I have been so flexible with my requests for 2029 and still nothing.The way I feel I will never bank my property again as I am sure I will not be able to use it.

This a company that organises time share holiday swaps and holiday accommodation bookings. I have used them for several years and found them very helpful and have had many holidays booked through them

We request you to go through our complaint and please take action as fast as possible because it is an emergency. We have gold membership of dial and exchange. We were planning to go to Jaipur on 10th to 13th of December with our entire family. In order to do so we got booking in Cambay Grand Kukas by Mr Shaik who is an employee in your company. We paid ?23500 for four rooms 3 nights and we got our confirmation. But now suddenly we are being told that Cambay Grand Lukas just got completely occupied. On the basis of this booking we even got our railway tickets. Your employee Mr Nishant is now asking us to stay in another hotel for the same rates but with low category hotel. I am accountable for the booking of my entire family. How am I supposed to answer them. We request you to give booking in the same resort that we desired for or else we need booking in a resort that is of the same category .Please take appropriate action against our complaint as fast as possible so that I can take necessary decision.

Fantastic views, unbelievably beautiful - Lodge2! Lodge8 is TOO SMALL. Lodge 1 lovely, old, but TOO COLD!! Staff v good, well equipped. We were moved TWICE! But 2 is so lovely. Bring bird feeders!

Brilliant company. You can holiday in great places at short notice for Bonus weeks. Rental and exchange are also available. We've had many terrific holidays with Dial and Exchange.
