I had a mixed experience with Currys. Initially, their customer service was excellent when I purchased a tumble dryer and an iron. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the buying process smooth and easy. I felt confident about my purchase and the support they provided.
However, the situation drastically changed when I tried to return items. Despite being aware of my rights under consumer law, the returns process was frustrating. It was surprising to find that many of the staff seemed unaware of the regulations regarding returns within 28 days. The main store manager, who finally understood my rights, was still hesitant and seemed reluctant to process the return.
For such a large organization, it's disappointing that they don?t seem to prioritize training their staff on essential consumer rights. While I had a positive experience at the point of sale, the aftercare service and lack of clarity on returns left me frustrated and questioning my decision to shop there.
I hope Currys takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service, especially when it comes to understanding and respecting consumer rights.

I'd given up on Currys in the last few years but after moving into the Kettering area we needed a fridge so we ended up landing here... Walked out with the fridge ordered, an iron, some Ring doorbell stuff, sky stream and broadband. Gareth was fantastic in sorting us out but all the staff were very helpful. Still got a TV and a load more kitchen stuff to buy so we will be back :)

I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff are in this shop, they cannot do enough to help you, they never quibble if you have to take anything back, they listen, they acknowledge, and they take ownership of any problems, they really are a knowledgeable team, thank you for helping me today with the jvc dvd player disaster you were great ??
