Tbh this costa aint as good as others staff seem like they simply cannot be bothered everything seems a lot of work that noone wants to do. Cleaning always looks like it needs doing as tables and work tops are sticky. You stand there waiting to order to be ignored whilst they have a chat and play around. I ordered a salted caramel frappe it was discusting i order easy 3 a week this had to be the worst ever it was cold but not as cold as it should have been there was no sprinkles on the top and far to much cream like 50% was cream. There is a huge car park so thats easy parking but sadly like 1 bin??? all n all very disappointing and a total waste of my time and money. I dont mind losing money i can make more, but i will never have my time back.
So in conclusion.... Boooo

Really dull inside no atmosphere. Bit scruffy. Coffee/strawberry frappe ok. Service as good as they could when busy. Counter bit messy.

Went in just before lunch weekday so wasn't too busy, staff very friendly and service was quick with a smile! Enjoyed our coffees.

One of the better Costas on the many I have visited. Nice service, most of the vegan range was in stock (unlike many others) and there were plenty of socket points

I am very disappointed with the cleaning in this place! VERY DIRTY!I also noticed you do not have enough staff members, and some of you look busy and disorganised.If I came to spend there £12 I would really appreciate you clean this coffee shop or will take it further!TOO DIRTY!
