I just went there with my Laptop and they didn't even look at it. They didn't even ask what type of laptop it was. Very rude staff. All the talk was like 5 seconds. They are not interested in what ppl have to say about they're items.Very disappointed.

It's always a pleasure to go in and see what new stock they have available. Prices can either be quite high or very low, depending on what you're after, but it's always nice to go in and see what retro stock is available.

Amazing people that know what they talk about.
My girlfriend was struggling to see the special editions behind the counter and the person assisting us went above and beyond to help her and show her the Specials, after some Inquiry from their end, even went further by showing some stuff that only interested my gf.
Definitely a joy going there, with a lot of choices for collectors and casual enjoyed alike.

On behalf of P Lonsdale. Went into store to sell my Apple Watch had all my details, informed by them they would test it if no issues money would be in bank within3 days if issues then they would ring me. One week later no money no reply. I send email to headoffice who email me back to say that the store had tried to contact me (a complete lie as my phone is on 24/7) and that it failed their test. Absolute rubbish service. I now have to make arrangements to go get watch as I am disabled and don?t drive. Disheartening and very very upset by how they treat customers

Absolute disgrace of a shop, if you want an experience of being gaslighted and lied to, then this shop is for you. The amount of hardware I've brought from them, attempted to return in the same condition, then get told that it's too damaged for them to take is beyond me. You're never gonna get an honest answer from them.

Typical CeX store this one we visited was in Kettering staff were on hand to advise and guide me regarding trade in prices which were very competitive, this branch is in the corner of the newland Street shopping centre, easy to locate as it's also on the main road on gold Street. This is a smaller branch compared with other larger stores so choices are slightly more limited but still plenty available. They were having the POS systems updated when I visited yesterday but there was no problem there was three members of staff available serving customers.

Cannot do one job or go above and beyond their jobs all for a simple task. I wasted a day to trade in a tablet and they couldn't sort a simple task. Do not go here!
