Further to my previous review, I collected my new phone today. Big shout out to Damon who spent a long time sorting out the transfer from my old phone under very trying circumstances. He was extremely helpful, polite and patient. Once again, very impressed with the service I received. Thank all.

Purchased a counter top dishwasher and paid for the installation, was advised it would be a full installation including the plumbing. When the unit was delivered I was advised that all the installation includes is the connection to pre-existing plumbing. I've now had to pay out £250 for a plumber to come in and install the unit properly. I called customer services and was advised a complaint would be raised and I'd get the installation cost back that I had paid originally but for any further compensation I'd have to go in store. As a disabled person this is not an easy task, nevertheless we went to store and was told that they couldn't give any compensation. So not only were we lied to in store at point of sale, we were lied to by customer services. I am absolutely fuming at this whole ordeal and as a result it has brought on a fibromyalgia attack. Please can someone tell me how I can get some sort of compensation for this otherwise I shall be going to trading standards!

Rubbish customer service, fridge freezer had damage from a pump truck at the back and split insulations covered in tape in the fridge. Third party customer service showed no empathy for being without a fridge freezer, currys failed to provide a solution so it's going back and I'm off to John Lewis in search of better customer service. Will not use them again, come and pick up your product and I'll have my money back. Unless you didn't get the subtle approach don't use them ?

Just called customer services as my chest freezer broke down after having it for a week over a year. Appalling treatment where I was given fake information and then put through back to the same queue twice. Never will purchase from you again, your customer service agents are a joke.
