Carpetwise are an excellent firm. I have engaged them twice in the last few months, most recent to fit kitchen and bathroom flooring and previously a fitted carpet. They are very reasonably priced and do an excellent job. James has been most efficient, really tidy and a very pleasant young man. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Carpetwise.

I hate leaving bad feedback but having thought that they were great and so patient with me during the decision making when it came to fitting I was not impressed. This was a new build so nothing to pull up just carpet and Lino to lay. I was disappointed that you they left all their remnants for me to carry down the stairs and take to tip when they should have done this. And I don?t think it?s unreasonable for a carpet fitter to have a license to dispose. They didn?t hoover even though there was a dyson sat there and if they had of done would have seen the slice that they had taken out of the carpet. Very upset they had a bad attitude, completely defensive I spent 1000 and now have a long slice of carpet missing and every time I hoover it takes up a bit more of it. I think saying sorry when a customer complains is a big deal and because the response was rude I didn?t want them to come back to ?investigate? I had sent a photo of the damage and it should have been enough! I wanted to know options for repair or replacement. So a big expensive treat for my new home is nice but not perfect the hole is right in a door way so I can?t even put a rug over it but why would I want to do that on my brand new carpet! I am so supportive of small businesses but angry that my complaint was not taken seriously and I still have a hole in my carpet which gets worse everyday!
