Nobody jumping on you as soon as you walk in the door is a nice thing.\\nBut then it becomes apparent why.\\n\\nIt is because the people there don't appear particularly interested in helping customers.\\n\\nAs there is no response button for your message Dean,\\nI'll reply in my review below.\\n\\nWe had a flood in in our home in October 2020, we visited the store during a small break in lockdown, this was to get a quote for replacement carpet.\\n\\nThe woman who I had to approach seemed quite knowledgeable about our carpet sample. However it was like pulling teeth to get a quote.\\n\\nI had to ask all the questions about underlay, grippers etc. I then had to ask for a scrap piece of paper, so that I could write the quote down.\\n\\nNow we have the insurance money and lockdown is being lifted.\\n\\nWe went to the store.\\n\\nZero contact on entry, should at least be a \\\"Hi ya!\\\"?\\n\\nBrowsing time 10 minutes ??.\\n\\nFollow up time, is at the customers discretion.\\n\\nHowever if a customer tells you they have wood floor boards, WHY tell them about screeding the floor.\\n\\nLooking for a local supplier and fitter now.

Had very good service, both Dan and Alex were very helpful, the estimator Graham i believe was his name came to measure up give me a full detailed quote, then after he sent the info back to store they rang with a follow up and i ordered. Thank you to all the team at kettering for what was a easy flooring purchase.
