“The service is amazing.We are getting some work done in the garden and our landscaper gave us a scribbled list of products to buy. Chris in branch was very patient and went through the list line by line, explaining when needed and making recommendations. I thought that would be the end of the great service, but the delivery driver Mark was amazing. One of our neighbors is lovely (to us), but anyone parking outside or doing deliveries is in for a hard time. I should have warned next door that I was having a delivery, but I will be honest I couldn’t face it, sorry. As soon as the first pallet was in the air he was out supervising the delivery, but Mark took it all in his stride. There was a lot to off load and not much space, but it so neat and tidy not impacting our neighbors, how Mark didn’t even roll his eyes I don’t know he actually deserves a medal, thank you”

“My son sent me on a panic errand for a forgotten border trim. I took a while to find Eurocell. Disappointed on arrival they hadn't got item in stock. However nice man drew a map for me to get to Corby Eurocell. Very patient helpful n kind. There I met the man who had what I needed. He sorted me out n put item in car for me. Happy chatty polite staff who knew how to give customer service. Best outlet service I've EVER HAD. THANK YOU SO MUCH. DIZZIE OLD MOTHER ON A PANIC RUN. MADE MY DAY ????”

“I had a great experience with the staff at Kettering and Corby giving me NO quibble refunds on items that I had bought but didn’t fit my projects. As a result of their great attitude I bought a Croydex toilet seat from their online shop. The toilet seat arrived today by courier without any problems and the wife fitted it tonight. I believe this company was recently bought by another company which probably explains why there has been a massive improvement in staff morale and customer service. Well Done Wickes ?”
