This is my husbands absolute favourite place to come for coffee
He chooses between praline cappuccino and blended honeycomb coffee and the drinks are always the same - blooming amazing. Jai you make an amazing honeycomb coffee.
Add a sausage bap and he is a happy bunny for the rest of the day.
The staff are all lovely and welcoming and you are always met with a smile.
There is a lovely atmosphere in here and that in itself makes you want to come back.
So thank you to all of you for making the visit so pleasurable.
I would definitely recommend that people come and try it.

There is alot of quiet areas to chat as it's on more than one level. I love the banana milkshake there.

Initially didn?t come across as a very large branch however it?s decked out in their usual differing decor which was pleasing making for a rather cosy feel.
As always the greeting was friendly with lovely helpful staff along with the usual excellent coffee .

Irena refused to let me use the toilets after explaining I?ve got a medical condition , severe chrons disease where I sometimes need to use the toilet urgently and she point blank refused to let me use it without buying an item which put me under a lot of stress and basically called me a liar saying I don?t have any medical conditions

Stopped in for coffee and a cake, and it was good. The drinks were all pleasant, and everyone enjoyed their cakes. Staff were friendly and brought the drinks to the table as the person who ordered was a wheelchair user.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a single step on the entry, so you will need assistance to get in to the shop, but there is space inside and there are tables with spaces to pull a wheel chair up to.

I know it?s Kettering, but the atmosphere was flat and to be faced with ?I don?t know!? With a blank face when asking if they offered discount like the other stores when using a reusable cup when ordering.

Mr long was very lovely and served me a smile. Some of the best lattes I have ever had. I will be returning. Rueben was also a great and friendly cashier
