Best takeaway in kettering, first time ever ordering from here, costumer service is great told me the food delivery will be an hour ,very polite. food tastes amazing. Will be ordering again.

Shocked at how you treated a disabled member of the public who wanted to eat at your establishment. I was however even more shocked at the unprofessional reply you left on a 1 star Google review. An apology would have looked much better, regardless as to wether you change your policy, which is to be frank outdated, short sighted and discriminatory.

I had the misfortune to attempt to go for a meal here this evening. A gentleman arrived with his assistance dog. A member of staff approached the gentleman and told him that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, the gentleman tried to explain that his dog was a trained assistance dog, but the staff member just said no dogs are allowed. The staff member was asked what about guide dogs for the visually impaired? He stated they are not welcome and would have to be left outside. I decided that I was not going to eat there, especially as the disabled are not welcome !!! Avoid at all costs.
