Hi, my name is Sue and I spoke to one of your colleagues today on the phone at Kettering branch named Gareth.
My brother has been unwell for some time and
he could not manage his banking on his phone as he used to.
I tried to sort out the telephone banking for him but i'm not very good with the apps.
Gareth talked me through the procedure several times. Eventually I managed to install the app for my brother and the online banking stuff. Every time I did it wrong, and there were several, Gareth patiently talked me through the procedure again.
I am very grateful to Gareth for sparing the time to make sure we were both ok and the job was done.
