“Brilliant service at the Kettering Branch the only thing that really lets the branch down is the queue times. I ordered some Brembo brake pads for collection and ended up standing in a queue for about 20 mins. The chap on tills was busy helping another customer, He was left on his own with no help from any other member of staff. There seemed to be plenty of people in the office that could've help him. I also want to say thankyou to the chap (didn't get his name) on the till for dealing with myself very professionally and with courtesy despite being on his own. I think this branch could deal with queues better.”
“We took my husband’s wheelchair electric add on bike to Wilco for repair of brakes and broken wire from the control unit to the light/horn. All fixed and repaired within a few hours! Absolutely top notch service. If all Wilco’s have a “Dave” then the wheelchair power bike using community can rest easy. (P.S he also repairs mobility scooters!) Thanks Dave ??????”
“I received my bike 4 days before my collection day, very pleased with that,the way the bike was handed over to me was a bit unprofessional, when adjusting the handle bars a member of staff not only damaged the paint on the bolt, he also didn’t tighten it properly leaving the connection between the handle bars and the gooseneck loose. I had to rectify the mistake myself when i got home. Other than that I will definitely recommend Halfords with the advice not to deal with the short guy who wear glasses, he looked lost and clueless.”
