Horrible people working in this store. They are all rude and have no manners. The store manager openly farts just for a laugh and one member of staff was ticking the other. I was disgusted just being there. They were just laughing and giggling all the time whilst I waited to be served.

Bought a cheap Alcatel phone as a spare. Brought it back for refund the very next morning as it was extremely slow to use. It was cheap.I made sure to read my consumer rights before I went back and read many bad customer reviews from Argos about customers in the same situation who whlerendenied, which is in fact illegal.The woman who served me was very rude, awful customer service skills, has no busy working in retail. After a 2 minute chat with her manager, she returned and just gave me the refund.Disappointing but not surprising unfortunately.

ALMOST WASTED £429this took place on the 15th of may around 17:26the manager doesnt care about customerswas advised to call head office even though they dont deal with instore orders and when there was a way to fix the the issues the manager does nothing you could go in buy something open it in front of him and he would still do nothing. argos is normally good but this store ISN'T!!even after admitting hes never with anything like my issue he went against the advice of customer services and the manufactures.he is high on power and on his high horse so much time and energy wasted going there ( went there 3 times from 15 miles away ) and he couldn't care lessi almost fainted from how stressed i was........

Bought washing machine took bk same day because didn't fit the gap I had payed 700£ manager said you carnt change with a grin on hisface didn't care at all I had payed every penny I earned for it.

Bought online to collect went in store waited to be served and all in back standing around talking having a laugh saying goodbye to fellow colleague going home from his shift afterwards still stood there I?ve announced myself 3 times but no answer even though stood in front of me ?? Then when anougher customer was waiting after me she announced herself to him so obviously that not good customer practise rude and attitude problem young girl with black hair

Really good store. Only problem that I encountered was that I ordered the item from the screen, then went to till to pay, to be told to go back to pay at the screen, although screen option chosen by me was to pay at till! Only cash and vouchers accepted by the till, card transactions at the screen, although this wasn't clear on the screen initially!Thank you to the young lady staff member for help in this matter.Despite this minor issue, a great store with great staff. ?

Couldn't recomend the new member of staff more highly, I was looking for a new telly and he filled me in on your range and how to spread the cost, couldn't remember his name which is embarrassing. I think it began with a V, blonde - very helpful.

Aweful business, open to take money during Covid19 but not open for refunds on faulty goods ? Told I need to travel from Kettering to Northampton for a refund... how can I with restrictions?!Upset 5 year old, out of pocket parent and stuck with a faulty product.

Wife went recently to spend vouchers but was told they weren?t complete even after she?d pointed out that the piece they were looking for was on them all. After sending a picture to Argos was told that the store had said only one was valid, but the pictured one was perfect and no reason they shouldn?t have accepted it. When sent pics showing rest were the same got same reply. Your loss Argos as wife had no trouble today spending them else where. Annoyed and was embarrassing for wife when in store.

A little disappointed at the speed of the machines, plus ordered on line the night before to pay in store "toy story figures" £10 off so reduced to £50 .... when I arrived next day items were back to £60 .... second time this had happened to me this year. Makes me wonder if argos are playing us all.
