This shop is incredible. The staff was so helpful and even rushed resizing for the ring I bought my mother for Mother's Day in the states. I went to several shops and the most beautiful jewelry was here. Thanks for making my visit so enjoyable.

Beautiful jewellery, great choice and very friendly, helpful staff. They even repaired and posted my watch to me in the Netherlands after I dropped it off while visiting family. Excellent service.

No updates of when my jewellery would be finished. When I contacted myself I was told multiple dates. I went into the store on the exact day I was told it would be ready to be told it wasn?t there they?d had no post. A middle aged woman with absolutely no customer service. She was ignorant rude and no help what so ever. A young man did join in the conversation to correct her saying they had had post just unfortunately my ring wasn?t in there. He was much politer, I also dealt with him when I did eventually collect my ring and he was very informative.
