Used this services before and the clean was not great, so decide to give them another go. This time they broke the bottom clips of the side trim of the passenger side with the power washer.When approached about it, I was told I will have to buy new clips and took not responsibility for what they did.When it came to pay I was charged an extra £10 for having some dog hair on back seats bringing the cost of a standard small hatchback to a £25 wash. Overall extremely disappointing and infuriating . The car clean was rubbish inside and out as they did not take care and not even touched the central console. The floor mats were only wiped with an already dirty cloth that they did not even rinsed before and the car exterior was left with dirt marks.Will not use this service again and would not recommend it.It is a shame as the previous owners were friendly, had attention to detail and were honest.Services: Polishing

I have used this car wash on and off for years and it has always been decent.Took my wife's mini for an in and out and I was charged £20 because it is a 4wd. If it had been a 2wd version it would have been £5 cheaper. I tried to explain but they wouldn't listen and kept saying it was a big car.I'm not an expert on cars but the clue is in the name "mini"Safe to say I won't be returning.

Thought I'd give this place a try now they're open again. I thought that being a hand car wash the car would be sparkling when they'd finished. Unfortunately the alloy wheels weren't much cleaner than when I went in there and the car had water marks in several places after a short drive.

Unfortunately they short cut the process no pre rinse straight onto soap and then clean with a sponge which means that you are effectively sanding the paint. Alloy wheels remained dirty again no use of any agent. I would avoid at all costs
