Ordered tonight for a birthday tea for half 7 delivery, said delivery was about 20 to 8 ,rang at quarter past 8 to be told another 10 minutes waiting for a driver ,got to 10 to 9 ,rang again to be told they had no driver it wouldn't be coming no contact to tell us this ,no updates through just eat or restaurant, absolutely disgusting service ,won't be using them again .

Most worst experience I had ever had as customer , rude speech because I been late for 5min .
I just asked if my order is ready or not and the shop owner was shouting on me with bad words front of my child that unexpected.
I left my money with him and I did not get my food , I?ll never come back

Avoid. Wrong order delivered, told by the restaurant that it?s not their fault, it?s JustEats fault - paid £70 for our family order, and delivered a much smaller order. Utter disaster, awaiting a refund. Won?t use again. Aftercare is how you build loyalty as a business when things go wrong; Favorite really messed up here, passing the buck instead of finding a solution for their customer. Won?t be using again.

Worst experience possible, incorrect food items, cold and undercooked food. Dangerous. When challenged on their incompetence, the said it wasn?t their problem and to ask the delivery driver (no contact details) Avoid this place at all costs.
