I have been going to Terri for a few years now and she has been a saviour for my hair! Years of overbleaching and heat damage are finally being rectified. At my last appointment Terri applied her new 30 day Fabriq treatment and my hair is smoother, no frizz at all and so much more manageable! This is my favourite hair salon for so many reasons. Terri is an expert hairdresser- she always highlights and cuts my hair exactly how I want it! She is a true professional and even though she is suffering with a painful illness she always goes out of her way to accommodate her clients and give them fantastic service. I was horrified to read a recent poor review for the salon and feel so sad that someone would go out of their way to criticise a small business who have only ever given me great hair-dos!I would recommend Terri to all my friends and family even though I know she has had to reduce her hours through poor health.Her prices are amazing and far less expensive than any other salon I know.Five starts and 100% recommended.Services: Hairstyling

I used to use Kate who was a brilliant stylist. Since the lockdowns, the only stylist in the salon is Terri.Terri is very obnoxious and pushed on her very limited skills rather than being honest that what was being asked for, was outside of her capabilities. The results of this nightmare were horrendous and my hair was ruined.Whilst in the salon, it became obvious that mistakes had already been made with the face framing highlights that had been requested. This resulted in more bleach being applied - including over an inch chunk directly to the scalp which subsequently caused a chemical burn and blistering.After the 3 hour fiasco, the stylist then forgot to cut my hair where the double bleach had been applied, leaving me with frazzled and broken ends.Having tried to address the failings directly with the salon after, it has become very clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority and it is only being run for profit. The stylist even had the audacity to claim that the results of the transformation were "amazing" - the photos posted on social media couldn't be further from reality!Unless you only want very basic bleach foils/full head of colour. I would strongly suggest avoiding this salon for colour services.Services: Hairstyling

DON'T GO IF YOU'RE MALE completely messed up my hair using thinning scissors when not supposed to. I don't think she has a barbers degree on any level. I had to another person to get it looking semi decent their response was ' it looks like you have ten different haircuts on the same head ' NEVER AGAIN

I love to go and get my hair coloured and cut at dolled and dapper salon as the atmosphere is great and I'm always made to feel welcome. It's not overly expensive and the job is always completed to a very high standard. Thank you for doing my hair Terri! ??????
