Fantastic cafe! Really lovely food and the staff were brilliant. Definitely the place to go for an english breakfast. I ordered the "slimmers breakfast" which is a healthier option (but added a sneaky hash brown) and it was really good.Kid-friendliness: Really lovely staff and very welcoming to my child

Dropped in to this village cafe on Friday 8th March. Opted for the Pear tree breakfast which cost £8.00 and comes with tea or coffee but you have to pay more for bean coffee?? Also the breakfast comes with mushrooms, beans or tomatoes? Should be included in my opinion for the price. Anyway, back to the coffee...awful!! One of the worst i have ever had, it was like dish water and i had to pay extra. The breakfast comes with 1 slice of toast or bread?! The breakfast was okay, bacon was nice, beans only warm and have to ask for sauces, sausages not best quality. Quite a busy cafe, good for locals but not worth a trip out of town to visit here, especially trying to get round all the prams and buggy`s. They sell stuff like sausage rolls to takeaway too, but again expensive at £2.50. Staff friendly, good service and you can park close with small walk.
