Rud Staff,ignorant,they are like on holiday doing everything only not working

It was not my first visit here. But on this occasion. I was served by Mark, and he was very helpful indeed. Showing me how to set up an account. I was most interested by his friendlyness and customer service.

Absolutely phenomenal service from Gary today at TP. I am a regular customer but had a query about the wood type and options that I usually purchase. He went above and beyond, taking time to answer my query and discuss other options. A really nice chap and great customer service. 5*****

Brilliant team, super helpful and very informative.
Ordered the materials on Saturday, added to the order Monday via phone and delivered on Wednesday.
Good layout of store, easy to find items and good range of materials available in the yard areas.

Usual building materials, chaotic customer service, limited parking, had to wait in road for a space and long wait for assistance from yard staff who were invisible.Better to use another merchant in future!
