Horrible attitude from the staff. Asked for more salas on my sub and been told only 4 to 6 slices of gherkins are allowed on foot long sub. Then the manager tried to school me how their rules works - with all due respect i eat subway every other day never been told i have restriction on the veggies.Wished the staff all the best and they can eat the 2 sandwiches i have ordered and they stardred

I would not even give minus Star for this petrol station Subway. This petrol station subway deserves bellow then one Star. It?s very low level of service, food quality and customer seevice. I have been so many times inside this petrol station subway and every time it?s been ?. Food taste not fresh and left over from day before also Customer service is very very bad. Waiting more than 25 min to get serve because less staff and they work on petrol station till as well. Staff never wash their hands when they come from petrol station till or outside. Staff using phone while making sandwiches. Staff behind the counter touching her nose and other part of the body, No hygiene has maintained at all in this petrol station subway. It so disgusting to get food from petrol station subway. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO GO TO THIS PETROL STATION SUBWAY EVER.

Maybe 4-5 months ago I would have voted 4 stars at most but more recently after reopening its been god awful. Worker had earphones in and could barely understand what I was saying all while basically shouting it at him, was stingy with the ingredients and when I'd ask for extra, they would literally add a singular piece extra (such as gherkins, he put maybe 2 more slices on tops) all while distributing everything horrifically, half the sandwich would be full of one ingredient while the rest would just been full of the veg. Whoever it is doing the sandwiches atm needs firing and whoever it was working 4-5 months ago needs rehiring

Poor service, with 2 other people waiting...I waited the longest (15mins) The service station cashier rang the bell and I called out several times too, before the shell cashier said to go in behind the wall. The worker was there, and abusive too.....i left as didnt want that aggressive person making my food. Maybe he was hard of hearing? But was skilled at being agressive.
