the lady that served me (ramona) i believe was very professional and kind, i walked in and she was very polite she went above and beyond in terms of service. i work in retail myself and i thought her customer service was outstanding we had a lovley conversation and she was a really kind lady would definitely recommend this garage for its amazing customer service! thankyou ramona

Used the same pump I use every time for a rude member of staff to tell me can?t use fuel card on that pump! Filled up same pump probably 20 times rude staff member who was no use in this situation!! Will never go here again!

I would advise to avoid the automatic carwash as I obtained damage to my vehicle. Shell pass you to MFG regarding any issues who don't care either. Absolutely disgrace of a company.

Check the price on the pump matches what is being displayed on the board before fueling up. Charged me 1.65 for diesel when it was advertised at 1.49, tried telling me it was for premium diesel but there was no price for premium diesel on the main board and all the pumps offered the same v power diesel, then told me he was new, then told me he couldn't ring his boss because he would be asleep. Drove off in the end because it was 1am and I couldn't be bothered to argue any more. Avoid.

A quick follow up on this review of Shell Daventry as Shell had asked me to contact them with more details of my experience with Shell Daventry. Shell then told me the poor customer service was nothing to do with them and I had to contact MFG Fuels. So I did and MFG Fuels, just before their ?customer care line? slammed the phone down, told me it was nothing to do with them but the individual site manager; they then cut me off!!So in summary Shell passed the buck to MFG Fuels who in turn passed the buck to the site manager (while being rude and slamming the phone down). Anyone thinking of using Shell Daventry should be aware of how bad Shell really are.original review:Helpful tip from experience. Do not, whatever you do get your eBay or other parcels delivered for collection at Shell, Daventry. They advertise parcel collection but, when Royal Mail tries to deliver Shell, Daventry refuse to accept parcels.! So your parcel goes all the way back to the sender then Shell Daventry deny any knowledge leaving you in the lurch. Poor, poor service, avoid at all costs.

Stay from this place, tries to short change people and argues that you have the right change, always check your change! full of foreign indian type workers with bad attitude absolutely beyond lazy and will not help you and very poor English or maybe just plays on it as talking is to much effort for people in this garage, seems to be the norm with shell garages in this area, over run by foreigners which doesn?t respect nor want to help it?s disgraceful, will never go back to this service station again because of the bad will not do or help attitude.

Do not visit this garage! Diesel price advertised as 145 but 169 at pump. When the guy at the till was questioned on this he couldn't give a monkeys. Unfotunatley I was in a rush so had to take the hit. I'll not make this mistake again.

Do not have parcels delivered here. I had to prove the parcel had been delivered because they said they didn't have it. Then i tried for several times to try and get them to enter a code to create a collection barcode because one hadn't been generated. eBay tried calling them on their registered phone number. But they never answered. Finally eBay gave up. Asked me to try one more time before they issued a refund. I went and was greeted by the manager in charge of deliveries. She was aggressive and basically said that everything I told her was lies. A terrible experience here. Avoid.
