Its a lovely place to be with a wide range of products, including those untested on animals, plus its got a small cafe inside and I can highly recommend their smoothies which are amazables. Don't be put off by steps at the main entrance, theres step free access at the back and whilst it might be a little tight for some, my larger powerchair made it through alright. Inside there's a couple of steps or slope to use, with a first floor only accessed by stairs, however, they've got 360 pictures of it to look at and staff will get anything you wanted to see. Small businesses in older towns can't always do anything about accessibility, but putting things in place like 360 pictures of inaccessible spaces, shows they care and for me personally, that means alot.

Lovely staff and great selection of vegan hot drinks and cakes. We had a mushroom latte which was cinnamon and cacao with Reishi. Also had dhal which was delicious ?

A wonderful local shop with staff that always make you feel welcome. Whether it's popping in for some vitamins, non-dairy milks, pasta, crisps or a bottle of Kombucha - the staff are always so friendly and helpful without being pushy and salesy!! Children love the treat section with so much choice and the cafe at the back does a fab coffee and cake. Looking forward to the refurb so that we can try breakfasts and lunches!

Staff are always ready and happy to go above and beyond with their support and knowledge, helping you choose everything from creams to supplements! It is my one-stop shop for all health/beauty needs. Their customer service is outstanding, even helping with a product that I had a bad reaction to, refunding it and helping me to find a suitable replacement :)
