I went into the Daventry store and spoke with Imogen, she was amazing!!! She gave me so much support on what was the best kind of food for my new kitten. I didn't really know what I was looking for and she explained to me what I needed to look out for. I found her to be very polite, approachable, friendly and eager to help in any way that she could. I often find the staff there very welcoming as soon as you reach the doors. Often I get a good morning. Very friendly staff with a very positive attitude towards their job roles. We will be back! ??

Our family have been using Pets At Home in Daventry for the last 10 years or so and I can honestly say that I do not have a bad word to say about the staff or the store. From purchasing gerbils to pet foods I have found the service and advice to be professional and well informed. It?s so nice to have that resource at hand when you need it. Thanks to all at the Daventry store.

Shop fine if a little untidy. But all the child trollies are thick with mould. Clearly not been cleaned in a long time if ever. Do not feel safe putting a child in here. Disgusting.
