First time using them but not impressed. Blank card in with bouquet, despite girl on the phone writing down what I wanted to say. Friend was left ringing round to find out who sent them. Called the florist when I found out. All they said was ' sorry '. Won't be using them again.

Purchased roses for valentines day. Have to say the flowers and arrangement were wonderful, one very happy wife. Would definitely recommend local over Internet mail order companies.

Excellent product but delivery not the best, very late on Valentines Day not appreciated. Lack of communication received confirmation of order and email an hour after delivery. I had to chase them when nothing had arrived by 2pm.

Exceptional at every stage! My recipient wasn?t in when delivery was attempted in the morning, so they came back later that afternoon too without any fuss. Would definitely use again :)

My family and I ordered a number of flower arrangements for a funeral last week, some were ordered in person, some online and some by phone. Without exception, the flowers were as requested in both colour, shape and size and were delivered to the funeral directors and positioned as requested. I required a statement table centre piece for a special occasion dinner party. I advised Louise of my colour scheme and she came up with the most beautiful arrangement. All my guests were so impressed with how lovely it looked. Louise is the most talented florist in the area, I wouldn't use anyone else for my floral arrangements.

Since change of ownership this florist, who we used all the time has really nose dived in quality.Not only have their prices become excessive but when ordering flowers online from provided images, those received are never representative, typically the bunches are 75% less heads than those advertised and flowers last no time at all!We'll never buy from them again having suffered multiple occasions of poor quality small bunches from high prices and a really rude and obstructive staff when you call to point the issues out, they simply refuse resolution.Our advice is go elsewhere!
