Only ever use the drive thru and uber, fries are never cooked and they forget the sauces 50% of the time. Twice my order hasn't turned up for home delivery. Not the best experience.

It's was OK.
I know McDonald's is classed as 'cheap' food but I'm getting a little tired of the food just not being fresh and hot!!!
We returned our fries because they were barely warm. Only to be given a replacement of barely warm fries!!
Couldn't be bothered to go back again. But they were cooking them and stacking them all up. They were just sitting there going cold.
Basics of my food. I'd like it fresh and hot please!!!! This was not!

Can't walk with children on some sort pedestrian walkway from street to doors. Pedestrians actually have to walk on road. I have absolutely no idea how council would allow that. Personally I do not see the problem walking there on my own but last time we were walking across my 5 y.o was on the middle of the lane and car behind us honked which scared the life of both of them and again I'm sure there was no bad intentions from driver. He did have to make us aware of his presence as there is no design for pedestrians to walk inside.

Me and my partner ordered through the McDonald's app. As we have ordered through the Uber eats app before and had most of our food missing or ended up being cold. When we asked for a refund of that incident we was told it was done through the Uber app there's nothing we can do. This time we have had the same incident where the driver has cancelled our food. Delivered at the wrong address and tried walking off when we was checking to see our food was there. McDonald's this is disgusting as I believe you hire anyone to take deliveries. Disgusting avoid at all costs.also gave us the wrong email to make a complaint probably another way to keep the money.

Why is the food always so cold? I live 3 minutes from the drive in, so there's no excuse. Fast food doesn't mean cold unless I buy a milkshake....

Please be aware of the 90 minute car park limit! This nearly caught us out as there is a soft play area. Once you eat and the kids play there is hardly any time left to get to the car. Not cool.

Ordered 4 happy meals and 4 chicken mayos and then 2x £5 meals, got given old happy meal boxes, old toys and then they missed 3 chicken mayos off the order. First time in 6 months going there, remember why now.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is more concerned with delivery customers and the drive thru than to concerned themselves with anybody that walks in. The first time I walked in fir breakfast I was waiting upwards of ten minutes for a sausage and egg muffin and an orange juice. The second time, it was ten minutes again for a BigMac meal. Nothing special, no changes, just two basic menu items. I now find it's quicker to park on the access road to Watfors Gap and walk into the service station than it is to use Daventry McDs. Shame, because it was never like this.
