First time visiting back the Morrisons on the headlands in Daventry. Getting a 2 good 2 go bag. The manager was a ball of energy and whizzed round to get our bag of goodies. She was lovely along with the other lass behind the till. Makeing us laugh the whole time. Excellent customer service from the pair and a pleasant experience. 5* ladies !

Went it tonight and Stacey and Alex was amazing helping me with my shopping they was polite and friendly nothing was to much trouble made me feel very welcomed such lovely ladies

Cannot praise Stacey, the store manager enough. I had a big issue with Just Eat and she was amazing trying to help me. First rate.

Never accept parcels, making an issue of health and safety, when there wouldn't be one, if the staff weren't so lazy, as to take parcels to back of store and placed in a cage ready for collection. Instead of trampling all over them behind the counter, where they can be stolen by passing customer's. This is not the first time, I have been treated in bad customer service by staff employed here.

Popped in here this morning to pick up a few bits and pieces I noticed someone talking to an assistant he wasn't wearing a mask so I mentioned it to the person who was serving me at that moment another person came in without a mask but I got the impression they didn't give a toss I'm so glad I took a photo and video this will go to\\nMccolls head office with a complaint.

Local small convenience store with limited product range. Good for emergency top up shopping. Plus point - long opening hours including Sundays.
