1st time today paid £30 for mini valet, cleaned inside of one door while I was sitting in it and soaked me. When I told him about the other 3 he said they was not dirty ? when I told him they needed doing he rudely said they would do it in the drying section, started off cleaning from the bottom upwards which made no sense as the bottom of a car is usually dirtier than the top, when I spoke to him about it the supervisor butted in shouting at him, it's like a comedy show, il pass next time ? I'd advise you do the same...oh and to demand cash only most definately shouldn't be allowed, reminded me of being in a Chinese nail salon

Beware they only take cash, no signs outside let you know this, so I wasted 20 mins in the queue. Fortunately I did ask before they started as they don't take payment until the end.

The cars still dirty and covered in watermarks, the disorganised staff taking it in turns to spray half the car and wiping it randomly whilst angrily yelling at each other was at least entertaining to watch. I wouldn't advise going, it was a waste of 50 minutes.

Too low washing quality. Almost 2 hours of waiting time for in&out. Supervisor very rude saying "use other car wash and dont come back", when you are complaining.

Done the car wash before Christmas. Few cars before me but the cars was wash very quick and exactly as they should be. Pay £20 in and out 100% recommended

Not sure if I should applaud the blatant scam or just report them to trading standards. Tried to rip my partner off after she asked for a full valet service. Small car £50. Door & boot sills still black with filth, they had not even attempted to vacuum the boot, filthy interior still. Might of been understandable if they where busy but she was the only one there. This is after informing her that they where not accepting card and she had been to get cash out for them. Go to browns or A45 especially if you are a woman on your own as this is not the first I have heard of this happening.

Car left dirtier than when it went in, windows covered in a horrible film afterwards. Got to the drying section and the dirty rag the guy was drying my car with was dripping with filthy brown water. I even watched him drop it on the floor, pick it straight back up and start rubbing it on my car. Large patches left completely untouched, had to finish the job at home.
