Absolute waste of time.Tried to pick an order up after the tracking information stated that it had been delivered. Was told quite forcefully that it hadn't been delivered and was offered no help. Tried to email customer service a few times and only receive automated replies.Unable to get my order or a refund.

If ever you needed proof that some people should never be in a customer facing job, it?s the people here. I thought perhaps the ?computer says no? staff member was perhaps an anomaly? then I spoke with the store ?manager?. If there was an award for demonstrating zero decision making ability as well as total contempt for the customer, he?d win it easily. If the high street is dying, here?s why.

I am a regular customer and come here pretty much daily,not only is the store really good as it often has some sort of sales, the two employees Katherine and Luke are the nicest pair of people I?ve ever met, if I?m having a bad day as soon as I enter the store they make it 20x better, I always leave the store more than satisfied and look forward to my next visit, their employees definitely deserve some sort of raise or bonus, amazing people and a really good store, recommend to everyone !!

Daventry store manager Rebecca is amazingly helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get hold of a product that was particularly difficult to get immediately but she did it and was very informative about the product and how to get hold of it in the future. Thank you Rebecca, you are a real asset to the Daventry store.

used to shopping in a different branch the shop didn't have exactly what wanted but had a suitable replacement. I also found items that I didn't expect but was pleasantly surprised to see. Staff were very helpful.

I having been suffering with my digestive health which affects so much.
There advice and service put me at ease about the choices I could explore.
I had been prescribed medication for my problems from my GP but felt that they were making me feel worse.
I feel a lot more positive that going down this route will be more beneficial.
