“Its a lovely place to be with a wide range of products, including those untested on animals, plus its got a small cafe inside and I can highly recommend their smoothies which are amazables. Don't be put off by steps at the main entrance, theres step free access at the back and whilst it might be a little tight for some, my larger powerchair made it through alright. Inside there's a couple of steps or slope to use, with a first floor only accessed by stairs, however, they've got 360 pictures of it to look at and staff will get anything you wanted to see. Small businesses in older towns can't always do anything about accessibility, but putting things in place like 360 pictures of inaccessible spaces, shows they care and for me personally, that means alot.”

“I am a regular customer and come here pretty much daily,not only is the store really good as it often has some sort of sales, the two employees Katherine and Luke are the nicest pair of people I’ve ever met, if I’m having a bad day as soon as I enter the store they make it 20x better, I always leave the store more than satisfied and look forward to my next visit, their employees definitely deserve some sort of raise or bonus, amazing people and a really good store, recommend to everyone !!”
