Booked a appointment at 11 for a battery repair. Only 3 members of staff in on a Sunday and was finally seen at around 11.40 to then be told repairs are not done on site when it's advertised they so and got redirected to Northampton. Absolutely waste of my time. Booking system seems utterly pointless.

Great support from the Daventry team. I would recommend this EE shop if you have an issue that can not be sorted out with the customer support via phone.

Always excellent service and friendly staff. They take time to listen then advise on best offers and products .. nothing is too much trouble . We won't go anywhere else .

We went into see Carina and Micheal at the Daventry store after having a problem with the keyboard on my phone, Carina couldn't have been more helpful, customer service outstanding, Micheal a trainee at the store was soon sorting the problem, thank you so much

Just changed over from BT to EE, had a couple of Mobiles issues due to BT contacts. The Staff Kian, Carina, Ryan were great.
Overall time on phone with BT 1.5 hrs but the staff kept their cool especialy Kian, well done all.

Went in today to sort out a new Broadband package We we?re met by Ash who was so very helpful and with her colleague the whole experience excellent.Would highly recommend

Whilst the staff here are normally great, when I visited the shop today to ask about the automatic annual £3 increase in the broadband charge, the response was extremely defensive.
?They all do it? and ?you?ll get the same from your provider? etc etc.
My point is their charge is arbitrary and not financially linked to inflation etc.
if you take out one of their bargain contracts it?s guaranteed to be £6 more within your contract!!

Visited your Daventry store today and was dealt with by a lovely lady called Ash. She was quick with sorting my issue, and her customer service skills were fantastic. Ash is certainly a credit to EE ?
