Nice coffee shop. Service normally quite quick even when there's a queue at the till. Nice atmosphere and modern decor and furniture. 1-2 times got my drink order wrong (used cow's milk instead of milk alternative) and since I feel the need to watch over them to make sure the drink is as ordered.
Unfortunately, tables often left full of used dishes and cups and guest need to move items to have free tables to sit at. Could they introduce a shelving system where the guest to take their tray back. if needed can be added in the bill if the guest doesn't with to take their tray back to have a small surcharge fee for table cleaning service. it's can also get rather noisy in there, anybody with sensitive to sounds wouldn't enjoy the atmosphere.
Quality of the drinks are good, coffee is nice. the seasonal and additional drinks however boast of flavour overload from various syrups. I would prefer to have an "steamer" option where I can enjoy the flavour of the syrup without mixing it with coffee.
Overall, nice coffee shop apart from the crowded tables.
Vegetarian options: there are a few sandwich options on the menu that can be eaten hot or cold. I personally would like to see a few items that doesn't have cheese as all sandwiches loaded with cheese and if you decide to treat yourself to a cake you suddenly ate more than half day's worth of calories which isn't ideal. so there are options but they are calorie heavy and all pre-packed rather than freshly made.
Dietary restrictions: They started to have vegan sandwich and hot food and cake options in addition to having vegetarian varieties.
Wheelchair accessibility: There's a wheelchair accessible toilette for guest and the coffee shops is all on the ground floor with no steps. when the coffee shop gets busy the space might be tight between the tables and chairs.

I hate this costa. They always get orders wrong whether it's using normal milk instead of oat milk or hot latte instead of an iced latte. They're also so slow and rude. I go coffee 1 now instead which is just next door where so far they've always got the order right, it's quicker, they're friendlier and it's cheaper.

My chocolate brownie was on the counter waiting for the coffee to be made. Throughout this time people were going up to the counter to place and pay for their orders. During this time people were standing over my brownie.......would you want to eat it after this? When my coffee was ready I asked the girl to change it and explained why, with no apology no comment she changed it. I struggled to hold the front door open when taking my tray outside. Overall I wasn't at all pleased.

It's a Costa, not that they are generic or anything lol.
Been in one been in them all.
The staff here have been lovely though in my experience.
Put this one a peg above others.
