Only have one issue apart from that it's fine nice friendly staff only issue I have is 1-2 or so have on occasion think its ok to distract my assistance dog and yes she's fully harnessed and labeled

Great shop with really friendly staff. However, they have been decreasing vegan options and staples are no longer available (such as vegan mayonnaise and crisps) as well as treats (e.g. vegan pork pies and vegan sushi). I have tried contacting them by email but received no response after the initial autoreply. Very disappointing! Otherwise great local store.

Went today and refused beer because I didn't have id. I'm in my mid 30s I don't kid myself that I look 25 (if you look under 25 you need id) a bit of common sense would have been nice. Ok I might fool the old lady 'serving' im in my mid 20s because I'm in a hoodie but with my complete lack of makeup only a dimwit would think theres any possibility im under 18. Won't bother going there for overpriced items 'because it will be quicker' again.

Went there to send Hermes parcel. They can?t print label . The printer in store doesn?t work because it don?t have WiFi signal. There was rude lady who told me it?s not her problem. Not helpful at all. Than why you offer service ?
