Spoke to a chap called Adam who was very unprofessional and rude. He spoke on the phone in a condescending way and then responded very unprofessionally when texting to discuss a viewing. I have declined the viewing as a result of this.

I rented a flat from these estate agents and honestly I couldn?t have had a worse experience. I moved into a flat that was not looked after and spent the first week deep cleaning, visited by bailiffs and debt collection officers as well as bombarded by letters of legal action due to the previous tenant, who quite honestly had left the flat in one of the worst conditions seen and not pictured correctly on the opening itinerary. I had issues with hearing and water throughout even to the point where the landlord actually attempted taking money off of myself to call for an engineer call out for a boiler fault. Issues were raised through the app provided with these never actually being rectified within the 12 months of tenancy. All rent was paid for on time and without hassle, coming to the end of tenancy the keys were handed back on the agreed date with an email before saying the flat was in good condition. Upon a final inspection the verdict had then changed dramatically and my deposit is being held with attempted charges that are not justified. Would steer clear of this company and use Jackson Grundy next door instead.

Chevron Brown have managed our property for 8 years. They were recommended to us by a friend who was very pleased with the service that they provided and we have also had an excellent experience using them to look after our house.They make regular inspections of the house and provide us with clear photographs so we are confident about the condition and know that tenants are taking good care of the property. On one occasion when tenants had damaged the house they supported us well through the process of reclaiming the cost of repairs and returning it to letting condition quickly.We are always confident that we have the correct regulatory checks in place and would recommend them without hesitation.

Experience we had with Chelton Brown has been extraordinary. We were relocating from a far distance and Michellle made impossible to become possible. They supported our request with very respectful manner as well as their professionalism deserve recognition.The process took about 3 days where exchange of information was very quick. No delays and clear information provided. Very advanced model of customer service support gave us precise understanding of all our responsibilities as well as our rights. Right from the first viewing with the lovely James to the amazingly efficient Georgia these guys I cannot praise enough! Professional, helpful and they kept me sane during the delay of my own solicitors. They went above and beyond being helpful and supportive.
