Went for the first time to Boots opticians after many years at specsavers?for the first time felt like a person and not a number ?was seen immediately by friendly staff ..when they couldn?t get a photo of my eye straight away called her colleague to help ?it certainly was my eyes not there fault but did everything to try ..then saw optician Lee well what a consultation so good and explained everything?after 45 mins ..chose my new glasses again Sarah and the staff were excellent explaining everything
