We found all the staff were fantastic, always friendly (but professional) helpful and knowledgeable. We put an offer on a property and the seller pulled out half way through, this seemed to motivate the whole branch and they all worked extra hard to help find us a new even better property and to get the complicated sale through. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend everyone at the branch, in particular Rob who has been amazing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with William H Brown , and I can?t recommend them highly enough! From the very first interaction, they were incredibly helpful, providing us with all the information we needed to make informed decisions throughout the entire process.
Rob Pearson was always available to answer our questions, no matter how small they were, and his knowledge of the local market was impressive. He took the time to understand our needs and preferences, which made a huge difference in all the process.
What stood out the most was his dedication. He went above and beyond to ensure we felt supported and informed every step . I highly recommend them.

Dreadful experience!
Worked/dealt with agencies for renting, buying and/or selling nearly 20yr but never faced such bad service!
1. Single viewing arranged for 2 weeks!
2. Incompetent agent!
Wont mention names to avoid causing reputational damage...
* Disrespectful to clients(us)
* Disrespectful to our neighbours
* Arrogant
* Clearly lacking customer service skills
* Conflict of interests!
The agent evaluating our property was selling theirs at the same time
