Today was my final visit to this pharmacy since i?m moving gp practice shortly. My overall experience has been pleasant! It?s a big shame don?t open whatsoever on the weekends, and sometimes it seems like they pick and choose which hours they?re open. Typically though, just employees doing their job, who have to handle the mess ups of lakeside and forrest gate doctors. I?ve had many prescription issues, but i don?t put that down to the pharmacy at all. The staff have (usually) been very friendly and helpful.
Once when i was 18, i had an extremely rude man refuse me the medication for my mother, reasoning being ?we just can?t give it to you.? Changed his mind after he saw my ID. Perhaps apply the think 25 process next time? Just ask me for ID if needed, instead of refusing me off the bat. I?ve never seen him since though, seems like you guys took the rubbish out! thank god! This incident is the only reason i cannot give you guys 5 stars, it peeves me even years later!!

Today went to collect prescription and was closed, website says "open to 6pm", I arrived at 5.30pm, shutters all down.This is the second time I've had issues with this Pharmacy in as many months, last time the didnt order all my meds, and when I asked why, the people their said that I was being rude and awkward, just because I was asking the question.

Has improved considerably after the last pharmacy team left. They were absolutely dreadful, full of excuses and openly rude. I had to complain to the head office on several occasions when medication had supposedly arrived, only to find out I had been misinformed.Would be even better if they picked up the phone when I called in response to a letter. Phoned three times and each time the phone was ignored, lady seemed surprised when I mentioned my annoyance at having to go to the surgery after receiving a vague letter regarding some medication I had not been given previously. If this had been handled more professionally I would have scored you with a five star rating.Ps on arrival the pharmacy was empty, so why did they ignore the phone three times.Addes on 18/05/2023: I take the four star review back, have been waiting over two weeks for a response back to their lates mess up!

I use well chemist on forest gate rd an always find the staff very helpful an it's always a nice reception an my prescription is a lot an they have it ready to for me ..helpful every time I visit my local WELL CHEMIST ..

It's okay. Sometimes you go in and they see you standing there and don't acknowledge you. So you're waiting unnecessarily. Other times they are quicker. On a few occasions, they don't have the right amount of prescription so they give you half and you have to go back and get the rest..

I recommend this chemist highly very professional and pleasant staff. My previous one when collecting prescription 1 had arrived that day from doctors told will be ready next day when I said quite urgent she returned with proscription take it somewhere else handed me it not in a nice way and walked away . I took it to well and ready within 5 mins . Needless to say will never use the other chemist for anything 10 out of 10 well pharmacy thank you
