I'm very happy to provide Feedback on someone going well beyond expectations.A big " thank you " from me and my wife to Steph at the Tui Corby shop.Without going into too much depth on an issue that arose due an Easyjet flight-change Steph got involved with a problem that had nothing to do with her or her store.Even so she displayed plenty of friendly caring empathy for our situation.Even so Steph referred the matter to her line manager and then called a different team and managed to arrange a win-win solution for us and Tui, a company we have used many many times in the past , and will continue to do so.Once agsin, sincere thanks to Steph !

We were struggling to book a holiday as a large group so popped into the Corby Tui store and Robyn helped us find and book our holiday. She was efficient, polite and patient and she found us a great holiday. I usually book online but I would definitely book through Robyn again next time.

We were left waiting to change currency back we had brought it from there and libby served us and her service was brilliant so we decided to go back to change it back there, there where 2 staff on the floor both looked up but neither acknowledged us and we were stood waiting intill libby came out from the back to speak to one of the girls libby acknowledged us straight away and her service made up for the lack of service from the other 2 staff members. I wish i could do 2 star ratings as id give libby 5 stars . I no tuis policy is to acknowledge customers when they walk in so we were very disappointed tgat the 2 staff members ignored us, only reason id use them again is through libby

Called in at the Corby store yesterday with quite a few queries about our booked holiday. Colette and Clayre were so efficient and helpful - thank you! Since our local TUI store closed we have to travel quite a way to Corby but it?s worth doing to have face to face contact and chat to the friendly team who are always there to help.

Stephanie booked us into an apartment in Weston super mare for four nights, well everything was perfect she managed to get it all correct and got exactly what we were looking for, she listened to all we said we needed all with a professional manner very friendly and polite and could not do enough for us really was an pleasure to book with her. Liberty(Libby) was extremely vocal, happy and helpful and managed to sell us a holiday to Bulgaria next year as a family of three.
