Went in to get a contract for an iPhone 16 with three and the customer adviser named George has made a mistake causing our monthly bill to be near £100 instead of the agreed £23 which is a piss take, we have been trying to get this issue sorted for 3-4 months now and no action has been taken to lower our phone bill.

Went in today to get a new phone and honestly the ease of switching phones was so simple, honestly couldn't be happier with the new phone, service was impeccable as always. Always happy with three, never have any issues and they are always very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Thanks again guys

Went in with quite a complex query which had been a struggle to clear up over the phone with customer services. Popped in to the shop with a view to cancel the four contracts due to the lack of customer service over the phone and we were afforded the time and curtsy of top quality service in person from both members of staff which were keen to help!!

All staff in store are always extremely helpful and always happy to help. Today I have dealt with Enrika who have helped me with my pre-order which I am very excited about. She explained everything really well and showed me all my options clearly. Very happy with my service today and always in this store :)
