Useless people and useless service. They don’t know what they are doing! Least bothered about customers, only interested in their personal chats!! Not a good customer service team!

Went in to get a contract for an iPhone 16 with three and the customer adviser named George has made a mistake causing our monthly bill to be near £100 instead of the agreed £23 which is a piss take, we have been trying to get this issue sorted for 3-4 months now and no action has been taken to lower our phone bill.
