Brought my Dad in to get a new handset after his old iPhone broke. Sam helped us out giving us the best options and all the information we needed. He sorted us out and even helped us transfer his data to the new phone. Couldn't have asked for a better experience

Had an issue regarding a payment to Tesco Mobile, they denied receiving it, Sarah spent almost 2 hours of her time trying to help resolve it. She was absolutely brilliant, she never lost her professionalism even when the person on other end of phone basically questioned what she was telling them. Problem finally resolved, but thanks to Sarah and her manager, will deal with them anytime.

Not the largest range of phones but has most if not all the latest handsets. Staff that I have had dealings with don't appear to be pushy.
