THEFT! RIPOFF!
The staff have here have been told by the manager that they have to charge an extra £0.40 for sauce with their hash browns, even though the subway website advertises that hash browns comes with a pot of sauce...
Show them the website to prove it to get the sauce you paid for when buying the hash browns...

My wife and I paid for the whole sub furious chicken sandwich as advertised. The staff was very rude to us and counted the number of onions, cucumbers and tomatoes as well as the salad. We asked if we can get more salad as that was little. We got told off that if you want more then you pay for it and if you add more salad then the sandwich will not wrap.
We ARE NEVER COMING TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. Better off at Weatherspoons.

staff were rude and just provided poor customer service. we paid extra for toppings and hardly got anything. Won?t be returning to this store again unfortunately.

Very good staff here. Just because the new guys English isn?t great doesn?t mean that you need to be rude to him as a customer, mrs ?. just chill out. the lightings a mind game so just deal with it.

The subway colleague was rude and abrupt.Told to look at the boards for information,whenever we asked about anything.We felt really awful about the whole experience.Wont be going back ever again!!!!!

Smallest portion of any subway I've been to in England, plus some in other countries. I got the tuna and has 4 half scoops, I asked for double (£3 extra) got less than the first time ? I don't know how people felt during world war rations but man it must've been tough, this subway is still feeling it.

Consistently the worst subway you can visit. There's like, 2 staff who are half decent. The rest are a nightmare, they never clean knives before cutting your sandwich in half with someone's bogging tuna mayo on

Awful! Doesn't deserve one starUsed to have a great respect for subway especially this one..now unhelpful. The concept of subway is you get a sandwich you want fantastic for anyone with food allergies..if you want a bog standard sandwich that's on a list you go elsewhere and if you want a sandwich without an ingredient should be your choice not be told it's on the list you got to have it!Next time I go elsewhere for a Sandwich!

Nicely made sandwiches and great staff! Very careful with an allergen order which is always reassuring as some Subways aren't so mindful.
