This place is god damn awful. The customer service here is 0 to non. When I went in 2 staff members were just chilling on the stairs. One was on his phone the other was just standing around doing nothing. When I asked this person if they had a pair of boots I wanted in stock all I got from her was ?No? how about do your job as a customer service and check in the back and look??? Get better employees or a better manager for this place.

The amount of customer service in this shop is a joke, male staff member felt unapproachable, felt like we were interrupting him being on his phone. No help whats so ever, when approaching the till asked the lady who the manager was and it was him. Shocking.

Had the privilege of dealing with a young girl called zara, who clearly doesn't give a damn about customers and shouldn't really be dealing with the public.
Unhelpful and rude, even rolled her eyes as if being asked a question was such a hindrance. Was more interested in talking to her colleague.
If I could give zero stars, I would.

Simple as this, at 7pm the shopfloor worker said to the manager 'can he use the changing room' the manager said its closed today. Your telling me at the end of the shift nobody knew the changing room had been closed all day....just simply couldn't be bothered to let me use it.Poor form

Returned a product and accepted a credit note,purchased more goods and used credit note as part of the payment,cashier overcharged me £10,returned to shop and was told i had to have the £10 as another credit note as I?d part paid with one .What a con,Mike Ashley earns another tenner thanks to a mistake at the till.

Poor quality product unless you go for a proper none Mike Ashley owned brand. Made for pennies and pre marked up as being on sale so you think you're getting a bargain. Sadly staff bear the brunt for the epically bad shop and product but also do themselves no favors. I've had instances where the can bee seen actively hiding from customers rather than helping sell products. Management are even less interested...All in all if I'm in a sports direct these days it's because I need somthing like a swimming cap for my kids as to be fair that are half the price of anywhere else.

5 tills in total, only 1 being operated. The queue is almost the full length of the store and yet there?s other staff stood around doing nothing!!
